Terms - of - service
general:
- do NOT copy, trace, claim or intentionally hard reference my art or designs.
- you ARE allowed to take light inspiration of my art and designs.
- you must credit me via link when reposting my art on any social media.
- small edits are fine, ask permission first if you want to make any major edits.
- do not use my art for AI in ANY capacity.
designs:
- gifted designs must not be sold or traded unless it contains extra art of value.
- minor changes are okay, just as long as you can still recognise the design. original designs must be kept with the altered design!
- reselling, trading or gifting my designs are okay!
- do not resell/gift or trade my designs to blacklisted people!
- reselling designs more than it is bought for is prohibited, unless it contains extra art.
- do not sell/gift or trades my designs to blacklisted users!
commission work:
- wip updates will be offered / can be requested.
- i may take up to 1 week - 3 months to start! (if i get very busy or need time off i will let you know).
- chargebacks are unacceptable and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in future.
- full payment must be paid upfront.
- you must provide a clear reference sheet without shading.
- i have every right to decline your commission before taking it on.
- full refunds are given if i'm no longer able to start a commission after 4 months.
- partial refunds are given if i'm no longer able to continue a commission that i have already started.
