Terms - of - service
general:
- you are not allowed to copy, trace, claim or intentionally hard reference my art or designs.
- you must credit me via links when reposting my art. (links are found in contact page)
- ask permission first if you want to make any edits. (these edits can't be major)
designs:
- gifted designs must not be sold or traded unless it contains extra art.
- minor changes are okay, just as long as you can still recognise the design. original designs must be kept with the altered design!
- reselling, trading or gifting my designs are an okay!
- do not resell/gift or trade my designs to blacklisted people!
- reselling designs more than it is bought for is prohibited, unless it contains extra art.

commission work:
- wip updates will be offered every now and again!
- i may take up to 1 week - 2 months! (if i get very busy or need time off i will let you know)
- chargebacks are unacceptable and you will be blacklisted.
- full payment must be paid upfront unless i make an exception.
- you must provide a clear reference sheet without shading.
- i have every right to decline your commission before taking it on.
- refunds are given if i dont produce work after 2 months.
- partial refunds also given if i no longer want to continue a commission.
